Hillary Packer serves as deputy director of restorative practices at the Center for Justice Innovation where she supports a variety of projects that work to reduce the use of incarceration and other punitive responses to harm. Her recent work has focused on vehicular and intimate partner violence. Hillary is a licensed attorney and an Understanding-based certified mediator. She received a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from CUNY School of Law.
