Bryan Delaney is a Safety Advocacy Specialist at the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).

Prior to joining the NTSB, Bryan served as Communications Coordinator for the American Highway Users Alliance, here he was responsible for the execution and management of internal and external communications initiatives. This included producing and hosting the Road Safety @ Rush Hour Podcast, developing grassroots advocacy campaigns on infrastructure funding policy and traffic safety, as well as facilitating new digital communication initiatives to promote infrastructure and transportation safety solutions.

Delaney served as an IdeaHub Liaison in the Office of the Secretary of Transportation at the US Department of Transportation, where he supported a DOT-wide internal communications initiative to foster ideation and innovation among employees. Delaney also worked as a consultant and staff member with the National Organizations for Youth Safety (NOYS), Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), In One Instant Teen Safe Driving Program and Umergency App. In those capacities, he created innovative national advocacy programming and digital communication initiatives, including video content, teen driver safety program curriculums for youth and educators, and a national conference for youth health and safety.

He has a B.S. in Communications Management and Design from the Ithaca College Roy H. Park School of Communications.
