Early registration offer: The 2025 AAA Automotive Conference registration fee for club delegates is $499.00 per person until August 8th. After August 8th, the club delegate fee is $599.00 per person. Registration fees include all program and meeting materials, conference meals, and refreshment breaks. Registration fees will be collected at the time of registration. 

Suppliers/partners who submitted their 2025 commitments via the Sponsorship Prospectus will receive a discount code that should be used during step two of the registration process. Please note: The discount code is unique to each company and will accommodate the number of entitlements included in your sponsorship. If, for example, your sponsorship includes two registrations, the discount code will only work twice.

For additional attendees beyond your sponsorship entitlement, the registration fee is $1,500.00. An additional discount code will be provided for these registrations.

The fee for suppliers/partners who are attending the 2025 AAA Automotive Conference and have elected not to sponsor is $5,000.00 per person.

To receive a full registration refund, a cancellation request must be received by AAA Conference Services via email prior to the close of business on Thursday, September 4, 2025. Cancellations received after September 4, 2025 are not eligible for a refund.
