Registration fees include meeting materials, AAA meals, and refreshment breaks. Registration fees will be collected at the time of registration.
Sponsors should use their provided discount codes at check out. Please note: the discount code is unique to each company and can only be used as many times as your entitlement. At this time, the 2023 AAA Driver Training & Traffic Safety Summit will be in-person only.
To receive a full registration refund, a cancellation request must be received by Amanda Neely via email prior to the close of business on Friday, March 24, 2023. Cancellations received after March 24, 2023 are not eligible for a refund.
A cancellation request must be received by Amanda Neely via email 72 hours prior to check in. Any cancellation requests received after this time are subject to a fee of one night room and tax by the hotel.
Dress code for all conference meetings is smart business casual. Comfortable layers are recommended in the meeting rooms as temperatures can be cool. In March, average temperatures can range from the high 70s to the high 50s.
