Symposium Registration Desk is located at Guest House 3, adjacent to the hotel lobby.

Early March temperatures in Orlando can range from the upper 70’s to mid-to-upper 50’s. Expect sunny days with cool morning and evenings. Occasional showers are possible. Pack comfortable layers!

Attire for Universal Epic Universe and the Welcome Reception at Epicenter is theme park casual including comfortable clothes and walking shoes. We also recommend a portable phone charger and sun protection! 

Attire for the Symposium and CityWalk Mardi Gras Block Party is Smart Casual. Please note that lunch on Thursday will be held outdoors, there is a limited number of shady spots so please bring your sunglasses.

The Universal Express Pass entitles one (1) guest one (1) time express ride access at participating rides and attractions. Express ride access is a separate queue line with a shorter wait time at participating rides and attractions. Subject to availability. Pass validity dates and prices are subject to change until purchased. Pass must be used by the same person on all days. Theme park admission is not included.

Wednesday, March 4th

Hop on a complimentary Universal shuttle bus from Loew’s Sapphire Falls Resort to Epic Universe throughout the day.

Complimentary Universal shuttle buses to Epic Universe are available from the shuttle departure at the back of the hotel near the water taxi dock.  

Courtesy of Visit Orlando, we will provide private transportation from the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Universal Epic Universe for the Welcome Reception from 5:15 PM – 5:45 PM. Return private transportation will be available beginning at 8:30 PM. Last bus will leave Epic Universe at 9:30 PM. Universal Resort complimentary shuttle bus is also available to return at your leisure. 

Please head to the Conference Center Bus Loop to hop on our private transportation to the Welcome Reception.

Thursday, March 5th

We will provide private transportation from Loews Sapphire Falls Resort to CityWalk for the Mardi Gras Block Party beginning at 6:00PM.  Last bus will leave at 6:30PM. Universal water taxis are also available for a scenic ride. 
Universal Resort transportation is available to return at your leisure.

Please go to the Conference Center Bus Loop to hop on our private transportation.
 

Yes! You must enter the park to access the Epicenter.  Buses and Universal Resort Shuttles will drop attendees at the main park entrance, and it is approximately a 10-minute walk to the Epicenter.

Yes! Stop by the AAA Swag Shop on Thursday, March 5th from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM to buy your favorite AAA gear! The AAA Swag Shop is in Grand Caribbean 5 near the General Session.

2 drinks tickets will be provided for all guests. Additional drinks will be at your expense.
