What is the fee to attend?
Club Delegate Fee -
Early Bird Rate: $499.00 until August 8th
Regular Rate: $599.00
Guest Fee - $499.00
Supplier/Partner Fee - $1,500.00 per person outside of sponsorship entitlement
Contributor Fee - $5,000.00
Registration fees include all program and meeting materials, conference meals, and refreshment breaks. Registration fees will be collected at the time of registration. Due to the business nature of this meeting, children or guests under the age of 21 are not permitted.
What if I would like to bring a guest with me to join during the evening events?
The fee for guest attendance is $499.00 per person. Due to the business nature of this meeting, children or guests under the age of 21 are not permitted. If you have questions about your guest, please contact AAA Conference Services.
I am unable to attend in person. Is there an option to attend virtually?
At this time, the 2025 AAA Automotive Conference will be an in-person meeting only.
What is the conference cancellation policy?
A cancellation request must be received by AAA Conference Services via email prior to the close of business, Thursday, September 4, 2025. Cancellations received after September 4, 2025 are not eligible for refund.
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
A cancellation request must be received by AAA Conference Services via email 72 hours prior to your reserved check-in date. Cancellations received after the 72-hour mark are not eligible for refund.
What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code for all daytime conference functions is smart casual (jeans allowed).
For the Monday and Tuesday evening events, casual attire (no shorts) is welcome. For the Wednesday evening awards dinner, business casual attire is requested (sport coat, no tie).
Please note: the lunch and evening events on Monday and Tuesday will be held outdoors.
Comfortable layers are recommended in the meeting rooms as temperature can be cool.
In September and October, the average temperature can range from the low 90°s to the high 60°s.
What if I received a registration entitlement as part of my 2025 sponsor commitment?
Suppliers/partners who submitted their 2025 commitments via the Sponsorship Prospectus should use their provided discount codes on step two of the registration process. Please note: The discount code is unique to each company and can only be used as many times as your entitlement. If, for example, you received two registrations as part of your sponsorship, the discount code will only work twice.
