• The dress code for all conference meetings is business casual (jeans acceptable).
• For the Awards Reception and Awards Dinner on Wednesday evening, cocktail attire is recommended (jackets and ties for gentlemen).
• Comfortable layers are recommended in the meeting rooms as temperature can be cool.
• In November, the average temperature can range from the high 40°s to the low 30°s.

The Thursday evening event will be at Victory Hall at the Boxyard from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM

Buses will depart from the 8th street lobby entrance of the Hyatt Regency Seattle at 5:30 PM for a short ride to the venue. 

Any items shipped to the hotel to your attention will be available for pick up at The FedEx Store, which is located on the second floor of the Hyatt Regency Seattle. All packages received by The FedEx Store require a signature to be released.
