The 2023 AAA Automotive Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Seattle, in Seattle, Washington.
Hotel
Standard room rate: $299.00 per night for single or double occupancy, plus state and local taxes. Room rates are applicable November 07- November 09, 2023, subject to availability.
AAA Conference Services will guarantee all room reservations for late arrival. Room deposits are not required. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.
All daytime meeting functions will take place at the Hyatt Regency Seattle.
A hotel cancellation request must be received by Joseymi De La Rosa via email 72 hours prior to your reserved check in date. Cancellations received after the 72 hour mark are subject to a one-night cancellation fee.
Travel Information
The Hyatt Regency Seattle is easily accessible by car as well as by air through the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is approximately 15 miles from the Hyatt Regency Seattle. Travel time is approximately 25 minutes.
Taxis: Taxis are readily available at the airport, and the fare is approximately $45-$60. Taxi cabs are station on the 3rd floor of the airport garage on the north and south curb.
Rideshare: Pick-up areas for App Based Ride Shares are stationed on the 3rd floor of the airport garage.
Hotel taxi and rideshare drop-off area is located at the main driveway of the hotel via Howell St. between 8th Avenue and 9th Avenue.
Parking at the Hyatt Regency Seattle:
· Limited self parking is available onsite. Self parking is $43.00 overnight per night and can be accessed by way of either 8th or 9th Street.
